Theses classes are for most levels and are designed to be short to fit into your day as little moments for movement in the midst of your busy day. They include some more funky transitions but are still accessible for most bodies.
I will be adding more each week and you can also expect a whole new section of meditations and breathwork sessions to be coming as well!
